Line to get through the drive-thru was over 20 minutes. Pulling up I saw three staff sitting and chatting, there were 5 cars in line at that time. When I made it to the window the same staff still appeared disengaged... Not sure what was going on, but I won't pull in again if there's a line. Regarding my order, purchased a Rocky road blizzard... Was very salty... Could have been because of the generous amount of peanuts, which was nice in a way, but was too salty to taste much else.

They messed up my order and didn't want to replace my order. Worker got an attitude when I asked for my money back for one of the items I order but she wasn't listening to anything I was saying and give me back my money for both cause she refused to replace my second item I order. Customer service was poor. Workers attitude was bad and the worker in drive thru down some of my money on the ground also almost dropped my ice cream on the ground just as well. When did they stop giving you tops on your blizzard. Cause I asked for one and the worker wouldn't give me one.
Very rude and poor customer service. As soon as l got to the window the girl there was very rude for no good reason and blow everything out of portion, they messed up my order not once put twice, both females looked very dirty and not one of them had gloves on or no name tags on. I am super disappointed in how ugly things got with her arguing with the customer. Super bad place will not be going back. Do not waste your time go to another location place looks very dirty.
