Employees need to move a bit more quicker. Almost 1hr just to get a washout. Would of love to get an entire wash,but all 3 lanes had 3 or more semis waiting in line. You gotta wait for employee to come out to write you a ticket, then walk it into the store and see the cashier. Need a quicker way and not have drivers waiting so long.

What a terrible wash, very inconsiderate did not even flip my hood, when I paid 75 for a motor wash. Paid extra for no brush and I caught them using a brush. They did not wash my frame or deck plate. Bad reputation spreads fast in the trucking community.
Awesome truck stop, great people, good food, clean showers, clean restrooms. Truck wash, shop, chrome shop! Well worth the 12 to park, especially with having security!

This use to be my goto spot for truck washes and after a month without one and a few snow storms it was time to get the old girl cleaned up. Stopped in on Thursday and was very disappointed with the wash I received. They missed obvious areas and after bringing it to their attention they had me back in to the bay and missed the most obvious stuff I pointed out the first time. Finally they got it done and after I pulled out they were slow to towel dry the truck. There was a milky film left on most of my chrome and mirrors and the windows were very spotted. It’s unfortunate that the wash crews don’t take more time and attention to their job. I use to tip the customer service rep 20 each time. On this day I just left in disgust. I doubt I’ll be giving them my business anytime in the future. I would have given only 1 star but the staff inside is always nice and the covered parking in the summer is nice as well.
