The folks at Data Doctors on 16th Street are always professional and knowledgeable. Their work is completed in a timely manner. They always take the time to fully explain the planned work at the beginning of the project, explain the most cost-effective way to complete the project, and upon completion of the project they fully explain what was done and demonstrate any new aspects of using the renewed laptop the repaired.

We've used Data Doctors for our computers since a bad experience with someone in India who were supposedly Microsoft certified, but actually left my computer with almost no anti-virus protection. Never again. The folks at Data Doctors always do a first rate job, can work remote if needed, and care for our stuff as if they were the users. Can't say enough good things. Take them up on their membership program, will save you money, and you can have your computer tuned up tp keep it in best running order as part of the deal.
