Dr. Ott is gentle, fair, and respectful. He is easy to talk to and trust. I always feel valued and heard when I see him. I highly recommend him.

I had my left hip replaced with an anterior approach this past November by Dr. Ott. The experience couldn’t have been more positive. He and his staff provide excellent care and answer questions completely. I am up and walking without discomfort and look forward to hiking again soon. In 2015, I had my right hip replaced back in the Midwest, it was a lateral/posterior approach. While I was very happy with the result of that surgery, the recovery was much longer and required physical therapy.

I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Ott in 1998 when I tore a meniscus. He has been my orthopedic surgeon of choice since, the hospitals staffs always showed so much respect for him and told me they would want him caring for them. He has taken the time to contact me, and I am so grateful that when I needed a knee replacement, he took care of me. People are still amazed to find out I've had a replacement as I can run, bike, lift weights, and have better range of motion that people who have never had any injuries. He has changed my life for the better!

Just had a second hip replacement 2 weeks ago. Recovery has been a breeze as it was the first time four years ago. Easily walking a half mile a day already. Never needed any pain medication other than Tylenol post surgery. I'd recommend getting help with the compression stockings for the first couple of weeks. Having a couple of extra clean pairs around is helpful. Dr. David Ott and his assistant, Chris Rubio, performed both surgeries. Once again, I couldn't be happier with the results.
