First off i am writing this review because i know at least for myself this kind of information is vital when deciding to use a business or not. The good: the customer service with dealer tint themselves is great, they called me right away after i requested a quote,. 3x cheaper then other quotes i got online. when i had to get my tint redone the lady on the phone was very cool about it, and the guy who tinted my car was very cool and informative. Now, the bad: So to tint your car they send you to a Mitsubishi dealership on bell road, the people that work there and help you out are total d bags and have no care in the world it seems like. and now the quality of the tint, its not the best. the first one i got (yes first one) had two seperate windows with cuts in the tint, bubbles everywhere, and the uneven pressure all around the car resulted in visible poor quality. so after my 5 days of letting it dry, i had to take my car back in to get all the windows redone. took them about 4 and half hours this time (compared to 1 hour the first time) and yes the windows look better, no cuts or anything, except for the back window. the back window looks just as bad as it did the first time and it was the worst one out of all of them in the first place! They also have no care in the world for your car as dirt was left all over my grey leather interior and they actually broke off the cover for the baby seat thing in my backseat from pressing their knees into it. I want to take my car back in again for my back window but do not want to have to deal with poor customer service, more of my interior ruined, nor drive 80 miles there and back to do so. great business, just need to find new tinters or at least talk to them about professionalism.
