Although Dave normally doesn't drive to clients offices he came to me on a special request. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and fun to work with. He drove all the way from Phoenix to Mesa to help me with the new business formation that I'm considering. While we were here we also got talking about real estate law. It's funny how we were able to talk so long to help each other grow our businesses. Next time I'm going to have to drive from Gilbert to Phoenix to go see him. I'm going to have a conversation with him about my office lease dispute. I'm wanting to buy a building and the current space I'm Leasing has less than perfect expectations.
