James and Steve just finished up installing our new Cambridge bypass shower door and ....I LOVE IT! I shopped around first, and I am really glad I finally went with Dependable. Prompt response to emails, guys showed up on time and provided a \heads up\ call for the measuring for quote and for installation, and cleaned up well after the install. Everyone was professional, friendly and provided excellent customer service. Great company!

Dealing with maintenace companies can be “not so fun”. When we think of this company we feel a sense of relief. They were so organized, professional and cordial. The workers and and office team were a pleasure to deal with. The office was one of the best I have ever encountered. I have had work with other glass companies. Others seemed out to get every extra dollar, even charging for estimates. We feel we got what we paid for here. This company was fair , competent, professional, and “dependable”. A breath of fresh air.
Was polite, professional and speedy. Quoted me the lowest price for glass out of 5 companies that I contacted. They were able to fix my broken window within a week of contacting them. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Shane, Johnny and Eli did a great job installing our new in-home gym mirrors. I am super excited! Everything is leveled and centered. They cleaned everything when they left. They worked quickly and relatively quietly. I appreciated that they stayed in communication with us about their arrival time. We will be using them again for our glass needs.
