Security guard was helpful pointing out that this location is not an actual DES office and that actual nearest location is one public bus ride down to Watkins.. or was it southern.. in south Phoenix. Either way I hear this location helps with documents such as as birth cert & SS cards

Very uncooperative people they never get back to you when you need to email or voicemail they don't inform you of all information in your best interest.I feel like I'm just twisting in the wind waiting for something bad to happen.there's nothing positive that they do it's all negative and they twist and turn everything about your life which they know nothing about. It's all hearsay and rumors and that's what they feed off of it's there type of gratification.
I got the run around between des and maximus. Both say I'm good with them but then get told to Go back to this other. Computer conversations between the two are not compatable. Why can't they talk to each other to really figure out what's going on? I have my all my papers stamped and dated! And still told I'm not done. This is going on to long.
So so so so slow. One of the worst offices in Phoenix. Very unresponsive and the employees will have an attitude.
