Amazing customer service. World-class production. Amazing selection on colors. If you need anything powder coated this is the place.
They provided the product we were asking for but, they are terrible at customer contact. When getting my products coated there, they called our third party shipping services to have them come out to pick our stuff up as it was finished with the coating process. Which please note, normal shipping services is eaten by the company and costs nowhere near what it cost for our third party shipping to handle freight. When they arrived they were not finished even two hours after the call was made and we were charged 100 dollars an hour plus tax for a truck to sit and wait in the lot for them to finish. I had way more of a hassle working with this company than I should have. Great finish provided, just could have hit a better mark with responding to customers and tracking material so the customer knows when its actually complete and not telling them what they want to hear.
