Needed info after I left my employer who told me to contact DHR. I called 3 times to get to a live person after choosing Sales and they told me I needed to speak with a 'Dynan'. He picked up the phone and told me he would get me the info I needed that night (Thursday). Friday came around and then the weekend, and then he sends a link to login to his system without providing me with credentials! and 3 emails later I got nothing. They must enjoy making their money too much to actually care about providing the info they are supposed to.
