The whole process was painless and easy. We made our reservation online with no trouble. Then we got an email 48 hours out. Then we got a text the morning of our trip letting us know the driver was on the way and another when he arrived. The driver was a few minutes early but was not rushing us at all. He was pleasant and friendly and loaded the bags in the car for us. He drove safely and got us to the airport in plenty of time. I will definitely use Dial Transportation again!!
