Our family has been with this pool company for almost a year now. And we don't think this is a very good pool company because our pool guy doesn't seem to take care of our pool. Our pool is turning green and we feel as if this pool company could care less. The way they treat there customers is unexpetable and they don't care for the needs of the customer. They don't seem to vacuum the pool if bottom of the pool is dirty, they rather scoop all the dirt out of it with the pool the skimmer net. And Leave the pool half dirty because they are on a time limit. In our opinion it's rude if you are not doing your job. Then why is this your place of business. If the owner of this company would like to come take a look at our pool techs work. We invite him out to our home to take a look. We are contacting our real estate management to file a former complaint.

Ryan was super. He responded timely, identified and fixed pool leak. Prices quoted were reasonable and comparable to other companies contacted. Additionally, he was very professional, explained both projects thoroughly, completed as quoted, and cleaned up after completion. Have already recommended him to a friend. Additionally, he answered any and all questions, even some not related to the service I contracted (such as explaining how the filter works) and swept the pool. Kudos! Great job.

If something is not exactly as we would like it, they come back and take care of if for free. This is one company that I always feel will treat me fairly, react in a timely manner, and price their services properly.

We had a suction side leak at our pool since we purchased our home. This past summer the leak became so big that the pool vacuum would no longer work. We like to try and attempt projects on our own, but this one was a bit big for us to tackle. We tried the project but had to call Ryan and we are so glad we did. Ryan was courteous, fast and ready to help. He explained what was going on with the broken piping, what the fix would be and how to work with repairing the decking. Ryan was great to work with and I would highly recommend Diamondback Pools for your pool repair and leak finding needs!
