I walked in without an appointment . Sorry! The employees were very busy. Of course, it was Saturday morning. I was there to purchase two tires for my car. Miguel was the salesperson. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. Offered me and other customers a bottle of water during the wait. Thank you Discount Tire Company for having such well trained employees. Actually, all of the sales people were great. They handled the customers with respect and expeditiously. Again, thank you. I have been a customer for years. I think since the 1980's. And I will continue to use you for my tire purchases. Great company, great prices, too.

The guys were super nice and helpful, answered my questions and when I made an appointment I was out within 30 minutes and they fixed my tire for FREE! I'll be back when its time to get new tires just because of the customer service experience!
Made a same day appointment online to have my tire fixed. Got there and was immediately greeted by a very friendly associate who then proceeded to check on my vehicle. Total time spent there was 30 minutes, very fast, courteous and efficient. Thank you!
