Diversified did a fantastic job installing the roof on my new home. They did both the standing seam over the front porch and the concrete tile on the remainder of the roof. They hit the schedule and did the work for a fair price. We are extremely happy with the finished product.

We used this company 10 years ago to install our roof and it was an excellent experience. We had roof damage from the recent storm and immediately called them. Service this time is horrible. Should have took the hint when it took multiple phone calls to even get the appointment scheduled. Today was our appointment and they did not show up in the 4 hour window. Then it took multiple phone calls to find out what was going on because we couldn’t even get a return phone call. Once I was able to get through to a manager, we were told that the tech was going to be at least another hour and half before he could come. To be told “that is the nature of the service” when I have waited 4 hours for someone to show up shows a true disregard the client. People run late, I get it. A simple phone call to us or even some responsive to our phone calls would have changed the outcome. They made it very clear our business as a previous client did not matter to them.
