Even with lines to the street, it took about 40 minutes from street entrance to emissions. Once in it's super quick. Get there early if you want to wait less. They are quick I went at 8am and 2pm both times same wait. When I left close to 3pm the line was very long going back to 51st ave. If you have a check engine light on, you will fail the test. Fix it before going. Don't forget your mask you do need one while you wait in the booth.

Came early like a hour before open and there is still a line. Don't come on the 1st or last day of the month. The best times is on Saturday. All day I watched the live feed camera and most people was in and out with in 5 10 min.
We arrived early Saturday morning and found a long line. We thought about leaving because we thought it could take 2-3 hours but decided to stick it out. Within a half hour we were done. It was being done so efficiently that it took no time at all. Very impressed.
Fast and easy come in the morning for better chance of getting out faster
Arrived at 4:55pm on a Saturday. Didn't see a line but drove in just in case they were still open. One vehicle was being tested as I pulled up. They took me next. My vehicle passed and I was on my way. Everyone was pleasant and professional.
