Dolphin Pools is top of the line all across the board! I worked closely with Jason and his team. From start to finish those guys were nothing short of professional, talented, and diligent. We cannot get over just how amazing everything turned out! Would recommend them to anyone.

Within 10 minutes I was so unhappy with the salesman I knew that there was no way I could be comfortable doing business with them. Right at the start I was told that getting \blue stake\ out would be my responsibility. I informed him that I was hiring a company and I thought they should do that work. Then came what turned out to be our final discussion on responsibility for any landscaping issue caused by the construction. I understand that there could be some necessary work for pool access but would expect that estimate to be with the pool quote. Another company's offer itemized the cost for landscaping repairs due to access and construction. That was expected. There is no way I would take open liability from any company based on what might happen and this is the first company to treat it that way. Dolphin Pool salesmen gave me too many comments of ot my problem\ in the first 10 minutes. Those words were actually used. No way I could be confident that problems in the future would be resolved with this kind of attitude. In response to their reply I am not sure what my “unique circumstance” would be as I have had other pools built before. If not wanting open liability based on “what damage the installers may do to my original property and landscaping “ you are correct. Buyers beware and protect yourself in the contract. Dolphin did not want to quote these costs. I have a block fence 2 blocks high with wrought iron that would need to be removed and some rock landscaping. That’s it. When the favorite words of salesman are “not my problem” he was right. It won’t be. Job requires a reputable contract quotation.

Worst pool company ever!!. Absolutely horrid customer service. Salesman is extremely rude. Advertised price is about 6000 to 8000 less than actual price. Run as fast as you can away from this company. Don’t do business with them!!

I interview 3 pool companies and received different designs and prices. I decided to go with Dolphin pools and worked with Craig McClellan who was able to give me the best price for the design I dreamed off. He was even able to accommodate the water features I had found. Craig's communication was excellent and followed through with Dave Kardian the construction supervisor. Dave was very detailed about what would be happening and when. I was out of town when the pool was finished and filled but Dave sent me pictures. The same with my landscaper as I was out of town when they did the work. It was wonderful to come home after being gone a month and see everything completed. Thank you so much, David Berger
