No covid 19 guidelines, they dont care if you do or dont have a mask on and dont follow social distancing, they allow strangers to sit near each other without a mask probably the worse precautions ever

I have been using this bus company for years and every time it always makes a stop in Deming but on my bus trip on January15th 2021 it didn't stop it drove through all the way to Phoenix Arizona I asked the young lady at the terminal there and her response to me was that it was at the driver's discretion to stop or not that would have been really good information for me because I am a diabetic and I was looking forward to getting something to eat there in Deming so that I could take my medication, so for the lack of communication in their part to inform their customers I was not able to take my medication and therefore when I got to my location my sugar was high, I won't say I'll never use this bus service again but I sure am going to try very hard not to, one experience was good enough.....
If I had the option to leave no stars I would. They have the worst customer service. unorganized from purchasing your ticket to checking Inn and out your luggage at the Phoenix location. They do not treat your belongings with care even the bus drivers are horrible.The facility itself is horrendous the lady's bathroom is always dirty and smells like urine. If you try to talk to there manager it's a waste of time he is very unprofessional himself
Very rude staff in the Phoenix Location. We needed to get back to El Paso by next morning but the bus ride got canceled. The terminal was about to close and we had nowhere to go in Phoenix. The staff told us and other riders we needed to leave and that it was not their problem. We asked for other options or what else could be done. They proceeded to tell us that to come back the next day because once again it was not their problem and they wanted to go home. Their lack of empathy and customer service was troubling. There was a woman traveling alone who proceeded to cry cause just like us didn’t have a place to go and they told her it was her problem. And the Phoenix location is not located in the safest of neighborhoods. We have had problems before but we ignored and continued to use the buses. I recommend using greyhound buses or any other alternative is better.
To follow up with my first post that I submitted. My end result turned up successfully assisted by Eduardo P. The Manager of the Phoenix location I must add. That I am very pleased with the quality of service I received from Eduardo P, the manager. Thank you!!
