A common misconception in Research is that we “the Site” pay anyone. We do not. By contract it is the Sponsor of the trial that says how much to give each subject based on certain criteria being met. We just attempt to collect all of it and get you qualified. If we ever did not pay someone it was because all requirements were not completed and/or on time. All things we explain before anything is done. I wish we were paying you our own money... but we aren’t. We appreciate everyone’s time and patience. Hopefully we can answer all questions in person, I would love to discuss any of this in order for everyone to understand what we do. The public is our only concern... your safety first but opinions second. Please call our office if we can help in anyway. Thank you for your feedback!

I did a study ONE MONTH ago and have still not gotten paid. It was supposed to be 6 hours Mon, Tues & Wednesday. I was supposed to return on Friday to pick up my payment card. They said they were busy and they would call me. They never called. When I returned the following week, they said they mailed it. I never received it in the mail. I called numerous times and was told to stop by to pick up a new card, then was told when I stopped by I had to wait for it in the mail. ONE MONTH later I have not received a dime from them and the study promised 200. Unless they can contact me and supply me with the promised funds and a reason for waiting a month, I will continue to post bad reviews and contact the Better Business Bureau.

I had been participating in studies for the last two years or so and everything was going well until recently. I was having a lot of things going on in my life, father is in hospice, trying to find a place to move etc. I suppose that I was not the most pleasant and sweet as my normal self and I had a couple of the ladies begin to speak to me as if I am their child or a child! I had to say; please don't speak to me that way and they continued to yell to get their point out. I even had to take it to the director Nicole(who is always super sweet) at one point and she gracefully resolved the issue. I had a break from them and was surprisingly contacted again. I thought okay we will try again, but epic fail! The saga continued! I was scheduled to return for another appointment but I cannot do it. I am not going to waste my time and gas for a small token wrapped in disrespectful shenanigans! If you want to avoid a bunch of fake friendliness and catty courtesy, don't do it!! There are many other places that will value your participation. It started with Evette and she influenced Rebecca and Noeli (who wrote a review below). Michelle has always been nice but she sometimes lack tact. My last appointment she told me that she was told I would be mad to come into an early morning appt. Whoever said that must be a professional idiot. An atmosphere of highschool kids and I am not going to trust my health in their hands!!! Dr Sanders is great and the other Dr is weird. The Owner Diane is nice and I loved looking at the pictures of her grand-kids. I don't understand why Evette always spoke ill of her. I hope this review helps!! #timewasted

I read these reviews and called about my upcoming visit. I was told this time I might not get paid on my first visit if all the tests could not be done. Seeing that I do not live in the valley Im not going to chance wasting my enitre day. I will try another clinic in Tucson. Perhaps if you lived very close to this place it would be well worth your time...but its not for everyone.

Kirin Khalsa, I think you’re confusing Elite Clinical Studies with a different research site. Elite pays their subjects after every completed visit with CHECK only. The staff is always very helpful but most of all friendly! Highly recommend them !!!
