Emergency is fast paced, very well organized and clean!!! They give you a NEW mask on the way in so you can throw on the way out. The lobby is now outside. Staff is friendly!!!

Great hospital. Great staff. Hospital could use some restoration work but overall doesn’t alter the experience of good medical care. Highly experienced nurses and doctors and would recommend. Appreciate everything their staff does to keep people safe and cared for.

Went in for what I thought was appendicitis Saturday night. I was seen immediately by a doctor and was given immediate medical attention and the nurses & doctors listened to my complaints and symptoms and took them seriously. I was nervous as a woman to be discredited by them saying it was just a bad case of cramps, but that was not the case at all. I ended up needing an emergency surgery and was able to have that done 30-45 minutes after they decided that was the route that needed to be taken. Everyone who was involved in my care was incredibly thorough, kind, and supportive during the stressful and scary time that it was. My ER nurse Kristin H. Was awesome and kept things lighthearted to keep me calm and was very attentive and took great care of me. The two gynecologists that ultimately made the decision to have me go in for surgery were wonderful and very thorough as well. My recovery nurse Dmitri was so kind and attentive and helped keep me informed on the best things to do like not taking too many pain meds. I am very impressed and feel blessed that we decided to come here!

Do not utilize them! Even though their doctors and facilities might be good, their billing department is so bad that you will regret it for years. My wife and I had our son here and two years later received a surprise bill for over 6k. We had met our deductible so we call them and try to figure it out only to find out they are not billing it correct due to a wrong name. They then proceed to continue billing it wrong for another year. My son is 3.5 years old and we are still fighting them to stop billing us directly and submit a claim to our insurance! How hard is it to do that considering they had no problem billing my wife for her portion of the birth at the time of service?!

I had to go to St.Joseph's emergency room early Monday morning this week as i had severe pain in my mid section, upon arrival ALL the hospital staff were friendly and helpful, i was diagnosed with a large gall stone making my gall bladder very mad, was immediately scheduled for surgery, and also letting them know i am on Keto diet they even followed that directive, I would like to thank ALL the doctors, nurses and other staff i encountered during my 2 days there your level of human kindness and compassion is just amazing! Made a painful experience bearable :) The picture i took outside waiting for my husband to get our vehicle and take me home is a plant i loved at first sight as purple is my favorite color \u003c3
