I made an appointment to have a lesion checked for possible Basel Cell Carcinoma on my forehead. I was told if there was a possobility it was Basel Cell they would do a biopsy fight then.. The PA checked it and said it was not Basel Cell and decided to freeze it off along with 2 other moles on my head. This took all of 3 minutes. Since the appointment was so short, I asked the PA do do a mole check on others. I was told to make another appointment. Why? This whole appointment was so short. I feel like this was so I would be charged or the insurance company would be charged again. No wonder insurance is so high. Isn't this called gouging?

The check in process was super easy because I did it online, including paying my co-pay. I was quickly seen with about a five minute wait. Dr. English was very personable, friendly and humorous; he had my toe cyst removed in a matter of 10 minutes. Great experience from beginning to end. Thank you!
