I've had a very good experience with Erus Energy. The install took a while due to the permits and approval processes. But, once those were completed the solar power system was up and running just fine. I received weekly updates from my project manager. I would recommend this company.
Adam and Anthony were prompt and well-informed, answering any questions and explaining the process and equipment at a user's level of understanding. I know there were other workers whose names I do not know but together they worked 2 complete the project. We r pleased and know we can contact customer service when needed. Adam was most pleasant and a great representative of Erus. He is a keeper and I am not his mother!!
Apache Junction, Erus Energy crew showed up on time and efficiently installed my Solar System. They did a great job on the installation, explained what they were going to do and answered all my questions and concerns. The crew were professional, curtious, and ensured everything was cleaned up after they completed their job. Excellent job.
