Evolution Construction Services is in the process of large stucco wall and wrought iron fencing repair and painting project for us. They are doing an excellent job. They previously completed two projects - a mid-sized and large exterior painting project - and the Associations were very pleased with the work, product and professionalism of the company.
They recently painted the wrought iron fencing throughout my community- some of which is located in my backyard. It looks AMAZING! The superintendent was very responsive and professional.
Cliff does not pay his subcontractors. My boyfriend was hired to complete a cabinet install. It was completed back in June and we have been waiting on payment since. I have called Cliff and his wife (whom Cliff told me to contact regarding payment) repeatedly and was given the runaround. He told me that he thought his wife had already sent payment, and he would check with her. They have ignored numerous calls and texts since this conversation, so I called Anthony, the owner, a few days ago (it is now Sept 11th) and left a vm. I called Cliff again today, as I have been regularly doing, and no one answered. I later received a text from Cliff word for word saying ‘Every time I feel like going ahead and taking care of it, you call the wrong people (who have zero to do with anything), so I add another week each time.’ Fortunately, my boyfriend is very busy because he does great work, so we are not hurting for cash. This is just a warning for other contractors and future customers that they are shady, immature, and unprofessional.
I am an independent painter and I was hired to paint a building located at 8170 N 86th Pl, Scottsdale, AZ 85258 representing them, hired by Jesus, a collaborator close to the owner of this franchise. who for no reason refused to pay a part of what we had established, the work was completed complying with the requested standards and the clients were very satisfied. These guys are disloyal, don't trust them!
