I made reservations in November to ensure our party of 14 made it to the airport for a flight in February. After 15 minutes and a no show, I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes. While I was on hold waiting for a rep, I was able to log into my account to find out the reservation had been cancelled. I received no advanced notification and was unable to get ahold of their customer service, this cancellation left us scrambling to get to the airport. Their website also doesn’t list contact information, which made it even more difficult to try to call them. A complete failure.

This company the worst company I ever worked for I been waiting for my 1099 form. Tina never answer the phone no legal department. No accountants this company should be closed by state. Looks like they running the company from India
My experience today with ExecuCar was really wonderful. My driver was waiting for me at the airport, he was very helpful in getting my bag, he drove safely and professionally, pointed out highlights along the Route and, by the end of the trip, I felt he was a friend. On my return trip, I left my IPad in the car and my driver returned it to the hotel so it could be shipped to me. You cannot ask for more from a transfer service and based on my experiences I will definitely use them again. 5 stars!
They were a NO SHOW at the Oakland, CA airport! I purposely paid 94 to these people instead of waiting on an Uber or Lyft for 45 because we were on a VERY tight schedule to catch a dinner cruise. I told them so when I made the reservation! Not only did they not show up but had me on hold for 40 minutes trying to figure out what they were going to do! They DID make us late for our evening it was a total MESS! But they liked charging my card for the FULL amount as soon as I was finally in a car NEVER again!!!!
Our driver was great as well as the vehicle was clean and comfortable.
