For years I looked for a good local delivery company. A company that would be flexible with my hectic schedule. A company that would take care of me and my customers. I found Express It ! Express It not only saves our company money, they save us time. Which in some cases is even more valuable than money. Their entire staff from Dispatch to Drivers are professionals. Every employee I have met is proud of what they do and it shows. They take the time to understand exactly what we need and how important it is to have freight arrive on time and in one piece. Unlike other freight carriers we've worked with in the past, Express It takes the extra time to make sure our customers are happy and that our products are handled with care. There were several occasions where I needed help bringing freight further than the dock at a hotel or brought into a job site rather than just dropped at the curb. I own a 50 year old furniture manufacturing business in Phoenix and we ship all over the country. It is high end furniture and can sometimes get damaged in transit. Every freight company we deal with has a policy of issuing credit when they damage the product in transit. If you are doing anything that is the least bit fragile in nature, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If they damage it, you are out of luck.
