I highly recommend the Estrella office. Because of my symptoms they came out to my car. They were Fantastic and everyone that came out were so Respectful and Professional. I was very Pleased with my Visit Thank you Ladies

GREAT experience with PA Breanne! We had to go in for a sports physical. It was quick and efficient, while covering everything necessary. Breanne is very conscientious and professional, but friendly and upbeat at the same time. If we can be assured of seeing her, we’ll use this location for sports physicals in the future! (Also inexpensive! Only 25.)

Estrella Location: Bad experience, worst customer service/care I have received! Provider Khloe and MA Michelle treated my mom poorly they were both very rude and disrespectful ! When we arrived I called to check in and the lady who answered the phone said we were late and would have to reschedule again! And I told her no because we had already had to do that! And she hung up on me!! My mom recently got covid and was just released from the hospital after being in the ICU she needed to get a covid test per her doctors request and went in on Thursday 1/21 and was turned back when they couldn’t find her on the schedule and then was rescheduled on Friday 1/22 and was a couple mins late due to her being weak and us struggling to get her in the car. My mom is in oxygen due to covid and is overall not feeling well the provider would not speak to me when I was trying to explain things for my mom or asked questions and would ignore me my mom is having shortness of breathe and talking makes it worst she would make my mom answer and talking knowing my mom was having shortness of breathe as a side of effect from covid! As a provider khloe should be more understanding and not rude and disrespectful !! And as a MA Michelle shouldn’t be in medical care if she can’t be kind and caring !

Express Urgent Care - Estrella helped me with my daughter when no one else seemed to care about the urgency of being seen. I was able to express her needs and they made accommodations to see her by 5:30, even though I was calling at 5:15! They alleviated my stress of feeling inefficient as a mother AND provided me with reassurance. I was impressed, grateful and thankful at the level of professionalism, patience and empathy that I experienced. I was so panicked that I am not sure who I spoke to on the phone when I called, but I want everyone to know you went beyond the call of duty to figure out a way for my daughter to be helped. THANK YOU-you made a huge difference!!!!
