Checked in March 18th for what I thought would be an extended stay for a few months. After some difficult times financially due to COVID, I finally had a place to lay my head at night after living in my car for 8 months. The second night, I was assaulted by my boyfriend and I had to call the police to have him leave because the abuse was escalating. Police came and the boyfriend left....then the front desk told me I had 30 minutes to pack my belongings and leave because I had police contact. i was the victim. There wasn't a big scene, no drugs or alcohol or damages to the room. Even the police officers were shocked at the outcome from the hotel, since I did nothing wrong. I asked about a refund and she told me to call the manager during business hours. I spent so much money on linens and cleaning supplies and dishes to make this place nice because I expected to be there for a while. Unfortunately they were not sympathetic or helpful at all. The front desk lady said I violated their policy by having an unregistered guest in my room, but that was false. I checked in the room noting 2 adults and my (ex)boyfriend was there at check in. She even offered linens for the sleeper sofa when she saw him. She never asked for his information, but she DID know he was in my room. I'm back to sleeping in my car and out hundreds of dollars because of this place. Other than that the room was decent, besides hair on the sheets and in the tub, many people do not wear masks (including staff), and they make up rules as they go along.

I had read the negative reviews about cleanliness and thought it couldn't be that bad, however there was hair in the shower and on the shower curtain. The bed was clean and the curtains were dark to allow for sleep. The drain stopper was missing in the bathroom sink and the water was so strong it was like a pressure washer. The couch was missing a leg, but there was a book propping it up. There was a smell in the hallway that was either pot or cigarettes. They allowed animals and the dogs next door barked all day and night. The doors near the staircase slammed all night. My husband and I stayed there because it was 2 blocks away from a course I was taking and it was only 2 days. I would not have stayed there alone as a female. If you decide to stay bring earplugs and cleaner.

If I could give a zero, I would. Filthy rooms (pictures attached), terrible service, not enforcing any sort of mask policy or sanitization. I was yelled at by another guest for wearing a mask, calling me a “sheeple” and other rude names while at the front desk in front of staff. The staff (Romeo) said there was nothing he could do about it. I saw multiple staff members without masks on, one of them literally coughing while walking thru the lobby, not even trying to enforce any health/safety precautions. If you want to feel unsafe, both in terms of your health and fear of other guests-this is the place for you. There are multiple other hotels in the area that offer much better cleanliness for about the same price.

This is an OK place. No coffee in room, however they have coffee packets available at the front desk and downstairs there is drip coffee in the lobby with muffins and granola bars. The toilet paper is rough enough to use as a notepad, the tissues are equivalent to construction paper. Shampoo and bar soap provided however no conditioner or lotion. So be prepared. There is a CVS pharmacy close by. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. So my pictures are obviously an after thought, but you get the idea of what the room is like

What a nice place to relax! The food was fresh, properly prepared, and a great value for the price. The staff and the Manager were also very helpful and professional. The most important was the place was very clean and organized. I will definitely stay at your hotel again. Great job, guys! It was highly recommended to all!

I was actually quite surprised at the cleanliness and organized appearance at this Extended Stay. Keeping in mind you don't judge by people's associates, lol, but I've stayed at the other locations in the city, and oh my G A W D!! it's night and day! I've stayed in quite a few ESA hotels across Phoenix and I pretty sure this is the only one I've even considered getting another week. In fact there was one over in Scottsdale that I checked out early! LoL! Anyways, great job ladies and gents!! Keep it up!

First time in Arizona and booked this hotel through Expedia. Place looked decent. Was pretty clean and quiet. Our room was small (which we didn't mind) so it got warm in there pretty quick. The worst part was the ac unit, the thing was ridiculously loud every time it kicked on. I'm a light sleeper, so ruined a good nights rest.

Clean, large, comfortable room for the money. The check out is as bit early at 11 AM and housekeeping was knocking on the door at 10:45 AM to remind us. The hallways and elevators needed attention as the appeared to need vacuuming - the appearance gave us some concern as we walked to our room.
