Extra Storage Space has been a pleasure to work with. There are quick and easy when it comes to renting a space and are great at communicating. There is easy access to the units and they provide nice carts to use while transporting supplies. I highly recommend renting a unit!

This storage unit is the first that I have ever rented. As such, I had many questions and was unsure about how to proceed to get the best possible deal. The lady that helped me in the office was named Maggie. She went above and beyond to help me choose the best unit for me. She clearly outlined the prices and fees and gave me the number of the facility to call if I had any questions. She even volunteered to show us storage units without us having to ask her so that we would have a better visual on the sizes available. It was evident that she wanted us to have a great experience and even offered to change our storage unit if we decided to upgrade or if it was too far from the elevator. All the while, she was incredibly friendly, even practicing her Spanish with my mother - who was with me and only spoke Spanish. I could go on and on about how great her service was, but suffice it to say that she played a great role in helping us realize that this was the right place for us to store our belongings. Her customer service was exceptional and I look forward to interacting with other workers at ExtraSpace.
MAGGIE: super helpful with my initial questions and my unit reservation over the phone (I'm in CA). PETE walked me through the emailed contract and was also very helpful and patient. My son (student in AZ), stopped by the unit and was helped by Pete; he said Pete was \cool\. Highly recommend!
Things seemed to be going ok . The woman helping us name was Maggie. She was friendly and very personable. But the computer(according to her manager named Doris) had a problem. Because of that, it was a very up and down and back and forth walk. We thought we were getting one storage unit and got another. Then after we spent time looking at units and signing contacts, we were informed that everything would have to be redone. That almost lost us as customers. That would have looked bad on Maggie although I think Doris was the one who didn't inform Maggie about the mess up in the computer program. In fact, I think Maggie was a temporary helper from another facility. My husband is a manager at a different company in Phoenix and he knows one can't leave an employee unaware of problems when they are trying to establish customers. But my husband will be there tomorrow morning to re-sign and refinish a second contact before going to work. Props to Maggie for not having a nervous breakdown when Doris told her she had to totally do it over.
