I got my eyes checked here and the experience was horrible. I decided to get my eyes checked here because of the reviews but I regret it. It all felt rushed and It seemed like the staff and doctor didn't care about their patients when I was there. After my eye exam I requested them to send my results to my email. So that I can send them to my lasik doctors because they asked me to provide eye exam results every year and I explained that to the staff. They agreed to send my results and they told me that it would take about a week. A week later I call them and I told them that I never got my results emailed and I explained the situation but they were just unhelpful, unprofessional and just moody. It seemed like they didn't want to help me out and just wanted to end the phone call. I wasn't going to write a review about the experience of my appointment because I understand that we all have stressful days. And it could of been one of those days for the staff members and doctors. But after my phone call I felt that I was treated the same way as the day of my appointment. Rushed and no care for their patients. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Dr Matt and his staff were great on my first visit. I was scheduled to have a Bletheroplasty a few weeks later. But that was it. I have had little communication since then except to pick up a lab order. And I had to call to request it! A big problem is that I had a question about another procedure that the doctor recommended at that first visit. I have called and asked the question 3 different times but but no one has called me back and I’m about a week away from surgery. I am considering canceling because it doesn’t feel right.

I will continue to use them and can easily recommend them to others. The doctors are highly educated and intelligent together with their friendly intelligent staff that keeps up with them. Very friendly staff and timely care. Dr Wrren Heller was great and explained everything in detail. The staff took the time to assist me in finding frames that fit my insurance, budget and style. I highly recommend this office for your eye care!
