Couldn't be happier with their service. They did a wonderful job replacing the carpet in our 5 BR home with our choice of engineered wood. Timely, professional and very high quality craftsmanship. Will definitely use their services again.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. . . PLEASE READ... I have never in my life have made a review on anybody. But this company truly has the worst management and customer service skills. As soon as you get upset and let them know how you feel they will blame you and treat you like you're nothing and tell you to pay and leave. If you don't believe me go to Google reviews and notice how when somebody writes a bad review on them the owner replies blaming the customer or making up an excuse. Also some of the good reviews are the actual employees that work there... Sad To make a long story short. I took my commercial carpet cleaning machine in for A tune up. finally after three months of waiting for it and paying almost 2000 in parts they recommended that should be changed and losing out on thousands of dollars since these people kept it for three months. I finally pick up my machine take it home realize it doesn't work or even Start. The next day I bring it back and actually stay there to see what the problem is and I'm told my engine is blown that's why it wouldn't start . These people never fix anything just added a bunch of parts to steal my money and waste my time and with not knowing what the hell they' are doing they blew up the engine. I took it in for a simple tuneup and picked up my machine with a blown engine. Funny thing is it still has the same oil filter and spark plugs meaning they never did my tuneup in the first place just concentrated on selling me crap I didn't need. I know the consequences of lying and making up a story to hurt a business . This is the complete truth and I am very upset since this is The only carpet cleaning machine I have and this is how I make a living .
Just called them to rent or purchase a flook scrubber. Bad customer phone service. Guy on the phone could not speak clearly. Hung up on me twice while I was asking him a question about pickup. Might have been his English skills but I was not on with him long enough to really tell. Very ignorant hanging up on someone. Guess they have all the business they want or need and are not in need of a new client. Guess the reviews I have read are accurate. Need to rent or buy a floor scrubber for my aviation hangar. Guess I will have to find another source.... oh well... on with my search.
I would not recommend dealing with the organization. They will give you the run around, not communicate and then avoid answering the phone. As a professional in the design industry, I was appalled at the unprofessional behavior!
