This company as a whole across the board is horrible! The Peoria store doesn't even have the same hours as this place. How could a potential customer even entertain the idea that this company would be one of the many possibilities to consider when starting a project or maintaining anything mechanical. Save yourself the headache even if your next to them and use a well known operation in nearly any neighborhood called Copper State Bolt & Nut They're fully staffed, open early, have plenty of inventory, tools with deliveries daily even from other locations to get you what you need.

Worse Fastenal experience, no longer allowed to look for products, stuck with employee guessing what you are asking for instead of showing them what you are looking for. Lobby is SMALL nothing visual to look at, feels like a prison cell, hours are horrible they close at 1:00......
