Oh my goodness! This was by far the best brisket I've ever had! We had Fat Freddy's cater our company Christmas party. They also provided us with tables and heaters for outside. They arrived about 30 minutes before our party, and got everything set up. Provided all the utensils, plates, napkins, serving dishes, you name it. I did have quite a bit of leftovers, but all of my employees were asking for containers to take it home. Everything was so good! Thank you so much!

They are absolutely wonderful. They served my class for 3 months and the food was always great. Super sweet and prideful of their business. Love it!
They catered lunch for our Christmas party last year and the food was amazingly good!! They also catered for our thanksgiving lunch at work this year and the food was very yummy again!!
Fat Freddy's catered BBQ brisket, chicken, mac n cheese, baked beans, potato salad, lettuce salad, ranch and rolls with butter. They brought everything in, arranged it on our kitchen island, and we had a perfect setup for a housewarming/St. Patrick's Day event. The brisket was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. The chicken, beans, potato salad were also very good. We were hoping for more leftovers than we had, so we could eat the food the next day, while we cleaned up. The guests devoured the food, raving about the brisket, chicken, mac n cheese, salad and even the delicious ranch dressing. Even though the food was out on our island, with our doors open to the backyard, it stayed warm and delicious for a long time. We had several guests ask us where we got the food and we gave them Fat Freddy's business cards. I'm sure they will receive orders from some of our friends, as the quality, quantity, just great tasting food was excellent. I wish I'd taken a picture of the layout of the food, but we were busy getting set up for our event. We will definitely be ordering from Fat Freddy's for our next event. Thank you Fat Freddy's!!
