Couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Recommendations to improve: -Pool area/clubhouse could get more invested akin to Norterra (ie huge amazing kids areas, hot tub, waterfall, steam rooms) -Fireside / HOA should work with City on Mayo Blvd/high school insane traffic patterns on behalf of residents (different high school entrance, two left turn lanes, etc) -Love the food truck idea...more of them, more frequently...(cousins lobster rolls is amazing) -Dance classes for 5 year olds -More activities for younger boys to do -Swim and tennis programs for kids -Bring back men’s basketball league after Covid -Men’s tennis league -Golf deal with Wildfire for residents -Window washing partner with set discounted pricing for community...leverage scale/volume to get a deal -Preschool needs more special needs programs

Wonderful community, lots of events for all ages and we love to call this area our home. Heated lap and resort pools, with lots of cabanas, bar service. Good gym with trainer options and regular classes to keep you fit. Lots of family/ couple events throughout the year. Monthly bagels and brew to get some good breakfast while mingling with neighbors.
