The best customer service I’ve ever received at a car service shop. We rolled in later in the day, close to closing on Sunday with a flat, they were booked and took us anyway, fixed it quick and had us on our way. Joseph and Samuel are the best. Would definitely recommend.

Ok customer service. Decent prices. Firestone won’t install outside parts, like an air filter for your vehicle.

Got a fast quote and even quicker service. Drove up to the front and let the employee know what the problem was no hassle. Tire was replaced in about 20min service. Ask for Joseph and Samuel, great customer service.

Most honest and friendly service of any autocare team I've come across. Even helped me save over 200 on a broken key by referring me to a great locksmith. I live less than a mile away from a Firestone in South Phoenix, but will make the drive to the West Phoenix location on 83rd Ave & Indian School just because of the hospitality. Thank you guys for everything.
