I've been with 1st Convenience for close to 20 years. I love the in-store locations and the fact that they are open 7 days per week. They have completely free checking and other convenient amenities. I've been able to travel to Wisconsin, all over Texas, and even in Arizona and have my bank available. I've never had any issues with their services or phone customer service reps. The employees at most locations I've used have been great. Thanks, 1st Convenience!

By far the worse service I have had anywhere. I tried to call a Grant check from my school and they were not able to verify, which I completely understand. But I returned again today with confirmation that the number on the check would allow it be verified but they said they couldn't reach anyone. I asked what option they pressed or who they tried to reach and the chick didn't have an answer. I called the number when I got outside and I was able to reach someone immediately. She didn't care enough to try and she was a little rude throughout the whole experience. I will rather drive to the desert sky location because they give great service.

I want to say “Thank you Again” to Abraham employee # G24924 for his EXCELLENT customer service. This person has changed my entire mood from stressed to feeling like I can take on the day with no worries. I was given horrible service by someone outside of his area and wanted to leave the bank but he was able to resolve my issues quickly, give me more information I didn’t know was available to me and make sure before I got off the phone that I was going getting off the phone with unanswered questions. He is the best representative they have by far and wish I could report this to higher management of his EXCELLENCE. Thank you Abraham you are truly amazing!
