Everyone at this shop was courteous and easy to work with. The repair took longer than expected because of a hard to find part, so they gave me a loaner. The process, overall, was painless. When I picked up my Jeep, it was so clean I almost didn’t recognize it! I swear, they even detailed the interior! Great job, guys. Five stars, for real!

I was provided a written estimate in a timely manner, given the opportunity to ask questions about the nature of the repair, and received excellent communication throughout my experience with Fix Auto. I've never been in an accident before so it was a little unnerving for me as to who to choose and how to get it done but my insurance company allowed me to choose my own repair shop and it was the Colter Nissan fix Auto Phoenix, they kept me in the loop the whole way through when they found things they called before they improved it everything was just so quick so fantastic so in the loop with me knowing everything which is surprising cuz I didn't think anyone did that anymore I was really really happy with the timeliness of the repairs. of course it took a week because there's weekends so we have to do that but that was fine I'm going to pick my car up now and hopefully all this wonderful thing that I discovered with this company is is true. talk to you later when I drive it and check it all out and see what's what as for now though I am rating them with five-stars. they keep you in the loop they get the job done.thank you so much .
