I visited this store in January, Kim introduced herself to me and helped fit me with the best shoes possible, digitally imaging my soles with special equipment, she advised the best orthotic insert and carefully customized it for best fit, I couldn't be happier. I needed to have some adjustments made and George helped me recently. Super friendly and helpful and resolved my issue, and generous to take time to modify my older foot orthotics. I highly recommend their services, they carry nice quality shoes.

Went to the Foot Solutions on Bell Rd today...nobody was wearing masks although the person helping me did put one on after I encouraged him to do so. Having said that....they are very helpful and have a caring staff...too bad they didn't get the memo on Covid 19

Good selection of stuff. They actually had some nice kicks in my size (which is sometimes hard to find, since I have small feet). Busy on weekends though - be prepared to fight your way through the crowd to find someone to help you out. Once you get their attention they're pretty friendly and helpful.
