The Cashier who helped me with a refund today shorted me ten dollars in my change. He wrapped it up in the receipt so I didnt take notice until i was home. Pretty disappointed in that. They were helpful with the return up until I discovered the change issue.

I had to travel clear across town to get to this store because it was the only store that had my sons game in stock. So when i arrived, Theodore knew who I was, since I called earlier that morning. He had our game ready to go. And the entire staff was friendly and courteous. Not to mention that this store was filled so much merch and games. OMG, my son IS GONNA LOVE THIS PLACE.

The customer service was the best I have seen in a very long time. Sincerely I would be willing to take that drive anytime out of my neighborhood for just the customer service experience!
