Good online and phone customer service. The tech was on time and very courteous. The issue with my oven wasn't complicated, and I had all the parts needed on hand, but wanted a professional to verify. The time it took (2hrs) to troubleshoot the simple fix (relay) is why only 4stars.
Always fast with repairs on site. Fair pricing, great people.
NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! Price was OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I specifically asked the Tech to clean out the compartment that housed the electric parts; he did not at 92/hr!! Was never told about all their FEES they were going to hit me with- Freight 36.64, Service call 51, ZoneTravel Charge 102 723.82 to fix a 264 part issue!!!!!!!!
We are very unhappy about their services. We were charged 427 for something they did not even fix. I would never call them again. We called them twice about this issue, they said they would call us back but no one called us back. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
