I cant say enough wonderful things about this lab. I have been working with them for many years and always impressed with their level of customer service. When something does go wrong they work with you and listen and make it right. Chris in imaging is amazing! He truly cares about putting our business 1st. My office has worked with this lab for years. We have had it! Pick up of cases have slightly improved as of 8 months ago yet prior to that we would have to call multiple times and it would take 3-4 business days for cases to be picked up. They do not follow the delivery dates well so allow yourself two business day buffer between arrival of your case and when your patient is scheduled. The lady who answer the phone... sounds like she hates her job and is very unprofessional. Also was put on hold for more than ten min tires with no follow up as to how long I waiting when I clearly said I had the patient in the chair. For drop off they always have an excuse of “ya it should have been there Friday yet you guys were closed (so they do not pay attention the open hours of operation when considering case drop offs) making us have to reschedule the patient. Taking our business elsewhere.

Fit of fixed appliances is very inconsistent. I used them several years ago for all of my appliances until we started experiencing fit issues. After getting frustrated from having to reschedule patients, I switched over to a lab out of state from which the appliances snapped right in, perfect fit almost every time. Recently I decided to try Gergen's again after getting an intraoral scanner thinking that perhaps the problems would be resolved. No dice. First RPE back didn't fit, I sent it back and asked to speak to a supervisor who assured me he would personally make the next one. Today was our delivery date and it once again didn't fit. I will not be using them for banded appliances every again. 3 Stars for good turnaround time since I live in Phoenix. They are always polite on the phone and pick up orders in person. From talking to local colleagues, it is apparent my experience is fairly universal except among the largest accounts who can get their own dedicated lab tech. No discount or turnaround time is worth the embarassment of having to reschedule patients or experiencing emergencies from poorly fitting appliances.
