Despite the good intent of discounted clinics, I cannot forget the time I was refused service without any help in finding a new clinic. I went without medication for 1 year. It was one of the hardest years in my life. If anyone is reading, please take care of your patients on a human level. They might not know where to start.
They never answer my phone calls!! I've been on the phone waiting for 45 min now. I hate how I can never get in contact with my PCP! What the heck Wesley clinic?!
Pros: I had an appointment for 11:15AM. I arrived an hour early. There were toys and a great variety of books to keep my baby and I occupied while we waited. I only waited for about 15 minutes even though I came early. They were very quick. I did both appointments in what felt like 15 minutes. Cons: The people doing the interviews don't have kids. My baby was smiling at the worker and he didn't even acknowledge my baby. The guy seemed aggressive. My baby kept dropping the rattle and the guy was like, \you like throwing things at me huh? You like throwing things at me huh?!\.... geez, take a chill pill. I could have picked up the rattle. They were asking me questions about income. I was asking some questions so I could have a better understanding of the question. He said, \we can't continue this interview unless you give me an answer\ well.... ok?? How can I answer if I don't know the specifics of what you're asking?.... I felt rushed too. The guy kept making loud sighs as if he was irritated. It was still early, I didn't think he dealt with a lot of people yet. I appreciate the quickness of service but making people feel rushed is rude. I may be sensitive or something but that guy made my eyes start watering. Learn some communication skills man. :(
Very good place to practice and we have cool basketball games here too
