I started my long journey with Goodman's in February 2020. I needed to have some drainage and grading issues addressed. I was told that this type of work was done by their construction division. They were booked with work until the end of April before anyone would contact me for an estimate. Since there appears to be few companies in the area that specialize in this kind of work, I patiently waited. When they finally reached out to me sometime in April, I was told David Goodman, owner, was already booked out until June. He was the only one who did the estimates for this work. Again, I took the June appointment - around the middle of the month. Dave Goodman showed up and went over the plan with me. He was personable and knowledgeable and said I would get an estimate. A couple of weeks went by and I received an email from him saying he was behind on the estimates. Now we are towards the end of July and nothing. I called the company and spoke to an assistant who told me she would contact Dave Goodman. It is now August 4 and I did not get any phone call back or email and certainly still did not get the estimate. That is the sad true story - 6 plus months. They have a very bad business model. I will not be doing any business with this company.

10 years ago I hired Goodman’s landscaping for a custom project after a hectic search of companies who did not qualify to my standards. One week later the courtyard leading to my home looked like the entrance to paradise. There is a water feature, pavers on the floor, plant pots and lighting to put it all together. David Goodman and his crew of amazing professionals stepped up to the plate and exceeded my expectations. Throughout the years I have called upon Goodman landscaping for small maintenance jobs, within minutes of my call or text David would respond to set up an appointment in order to take care of my needs. For 10 years he has been my go to guy. David and his crew come highly recommended. JT

Goodman's Landscape Maintenance did a complete overhaul of our backyard (and front yard) after an auto crashed into our backyard, literally destroying our backyard. David and his team were professional, efficient, and did excellent work. I was extremely pleased with the outcome, our house looks absolutely amazing! During the project, we had to go out of town and our neighbors commented how professional the crew was. They were all of in uniform, supervisors were on site giving direction to the crew to ensure the job was done to our specifications. Our neighbor was also impressed with how hard they worked throughout the whole day, even when we weren't there to supervise. Our neighbors were so impressed they are going to be contacting Goodman's for some work they need to do as well. I highly recommend Goodman's to anyone that wants their job done right, done on time, and done in a very high quality manner. Their follow-through on every aspect has been nothing short of amazing! In this era with a lack of customer service everywhere I go and difficulty finding good contractors, you can rely on Goodman's to exceed your expectations in every way!
