I feel that this place is wonderful adventure to explore. I love the fact of they family friendly, kids love them & also great place to have live kids entertainment for a couples setting. I specifically love that part. Not only was deemed a national historical land mark of the USA. Oh by the way did you know yhat in 1929 it was church.

The puppet show was great and they took the time to answer questions about how the puppets work. The tour after the show was informative and cool. Lots of history here. Really cool experience.

This was my first experience with adult puppet theater, and I won't return.I am fairly sure that the children's puppet theater is much better than last night's adult puppet slam! There were eight different acts. I enjoyed two of them, the ones by the professional visiting puppeteer from back east. The rest were either lame, bad, just okay, or much too long. However, the pink kitten and cathead puppets that were the MCs, were incredible. Beautiful old building with some interesting puppet displays. Glad we went once, but won't return.

Today we attended the theater on a field trip. At first I thought I wasn't going to like the show. It was pretty slow going at first I thought (almost like a low budget show) but ended up being pretty cute. The kids really enjoyed it. We broke off into 3 groups for the tour and I kinda felt rushed through everything. I myself after having been there probably wouldn't go again since it's such a small venue. Unless they were advertising a specific new show. It's nice to experience at least once though. I also enjoyed the woman who did the introduction on the little piano to get the kids ready for the puppet show. I gave 4 stars instead of 3 because the artistry & talent of the puppeteer was REALLY fascinating to see. The puppeteer we had today was from Poland & has been doing it for a few decades I think. The puppets were really cool too (very detailed) and he made all of them!!! Very interesting!

Visited while on a school field trip, my daughter and I absolutely loved it. Staff was friendly and items in the gift shop were reasonable priced. The puppet museum was awesome too
