I ended-up in The Emergency Room; due to the fact, an RN from Haggai Healthcare Agency made Well Over (3) Medication Errors While The RN was Dispensing Medications into My MediSet. The Phoenix Police Department and The Arizona State Board of Nursing have an On-Going Investigation against The Employee or The RN. I was never provided an Apology. NEVER USE THIS HOME HEALTH AGENCY! I would NOT recommend at all. I only had a very negative experience.
