I've been here for 1 year now & I would honestly recommend this facility to anyone in need of assistance. The staff here is super friendly and helpful into motivating me to get back on my feet and conquer everything out there. They make you feel like family. Great teamwork. If I could rate this facility more than a 5 star it would be a 10. It feels like home & that's what haven health is all about.

Due to a short and less than stellar past experience at another facility, I was skeptical knowing my only option was a Sniff. But , Haven of Phoenix has exceeded all of my expectations. Not only is everyone caring and attentive (the staff really does love what they do as they care for you from the heart), but PT and OT do their absolute best to bring out the best to advance each patient. Wound Care is not only provided, but exceptional. The food? Great kitchen! Wonderful food! Maintenance...on it!...and Housekeeping?... impeccable! Again...Haven of Phoenix has exceeded ALL of my expectations. An incredible example of what healthcare should be. Thank you! This the ONLY place I will stay if needed in the future.
I Rosaura have been at haven health not once but twice. The service here is magnificant. The nurses are magnificant they are very friendly People. I would definetly come back if i had too.
If I could leave less than a 1 star rating, I would. If you care about your loved one, DO NOT send them here. My family member was discharged from the hospital straight to this place for rehab. (Stroke recovery) Worst decision ever. My family member had 2 negative COVID test results prior to going into this place. My family member was not cared for the way this place said they were. My family member stayed there mid June 2020 to mid July 2020. (during pandemic) The communication with staff was very poor. I'd call every single day and would get the run around on why something didn't happen or why something wasn't scheduled and that the case manager or social worker would call me back (which would happen the next day). I would visit my family member and have visitations between a glass, at one point, my family member was given a pain medication that completely wiped them out (not verbal and swollen limbs) due to the drugs they were giving. I immediately told them not to give that medication anymore, in which, 3 days later, my family member was able to speak again once off the medication. My family member finally received Physical Therapy later on during the stay. Before leaving this facility, I had to push and push for them to give my family member a COVID test. We received the COVID results AFTER her discharge, in which the result came back positive. 2 days after her discharge, my loved one was admitted back to the hospital with a kidney infection, COVID pneumonia and many other health related issues. This all should have been visible in the care of the \caregivers\ urses\ and \CNA's\ at this facility. If I was not advocating for my family member, I don't believe my family member would still be here today. Choose any facility, but this one.
I recommend this place to anybody they treated me with respect they helped me get better
