A driver from “Health Lines” pulled out in front of me while I was driving, causing me to swerve into the other lane to avoid the accident. I called the company to report the incident, but I was transferred and hung up on several times. If this company is transporting people for a living I would seriously question their driver’s ability to drive safely and I would also question their professionalism. Clearly, there’s no regard to holding their workers accountable for their actions, especially if no one will talk to me about an incident that nearly killed my family.

I did a lot of research when I was looking for transportation for my father from hospice home. His comfort was my main concern. The drivers moved him to a stretcher so easily. The van was already cooled down for him before he was loaded and the driver drove with such care. Slow around corners and bumps even sked me if I was comfortable. When we got home they transferred him to his bed no hesitation just did everything with such care. With it being a very difficult time for our family getting dad home safely and comfortably was weighing on us. You took that burden away. Thank you.
