Left a wedding band here to be resized. I came by 3 times to pick up and every time promised that it would be done the next day. On the day before my wedding I came to pick up the ring and the ring could not be found. When finally found it still had not been done. They gave me the ring back and referred me to someone else that could “possibly” help me. Not cool as I now have no time to make other arrangements before the wedding.

I want to start off by saying eddie is one of the best employees there! I had a gun pawned and forgot to pay it so I lost it but eddie did the impossible at the time and went out of his way to help me find another gun that was the same type! They are all great at employees and treat everybody like family i can say they all go above and beyond to help anyone out!
