Had looked up this place prior from coming to Phoenix from New York City. We knew we had to make time to come here and we were not wrong. We were attended by the owner, who is super friendly and helpful. He knows a lot! Massive amount of hats of all sorts and sizes, if you don't find a hat here is because it doesn't exist - especially Western/cowboy ones. I walked in with my Stetson as I needed to get a fitted hat can, which I got here. Also bought another foldable hat and I'll surely come back next time I am in Arizona. Great place.

With my wife we got our first western hats from Mr Glisson. His shop is a true gem and he is a friendly shopkeeper and a true expert when it comes to hats. He helped us to find the perfect fit and style and was just very very kind and friendly. He literally has hundreds of hats in his shop, it's amazing just to look around. Enter and you definitely won't leave without a new hat :)
My husband and I found this gem during our anniversary trip to the Grand Canyon! It has an amazing selection and variety. Customer service was great he made sure my new Stetson hat fit perfectly!
Amazing. This place is awesome. I can’t believe a hat place could be this great. Staff is amazing, courteous, welcoming. My son wanted an Indiana Jones Hat and he got it fitted and everything. Looks so good, I want one for myself! Huge selection of high quality hats and the biggest cowboy hat selection I’ve ever seen. An Arizona gem! A must visit!
Yesterday, a buddy of mine and I went to Heritage seeking our first Western hats. From the first step in the door, it was a wonderful experience. Rich is one of the nicest guys I've met in a long time and extremely helpful in helping me and my friend find the perfect hats and helping us shape them the way we liked. I personally picked out a great silver/grey Stetson reminiscent of a Stetson my great-grandfather once wore that I've barely taken off since purchasing. If you're out searching for a great hat that will last you forever, Heritage Hats is bound to have something for you. This store is a must for anyone living in or visiting the Phoenix area!
