Nothing but good things to say about this hertz location. The employees were nice and personable, the car was clean and ready upon my arrival and I got an amazing rate. Don't listen to the bad reviews. I had probably the fastest, most convenient, quality car rental experience here that I've ever had and I travel extensively. Great job!

The employees provided me with a clean rental car — at a much better price than the Phoenix Airport could. Very smooth process, no extra fees added when I returned the car. Not much more I could ask for.
If negative stars was an option I would've gone that way. We traveled from Seattle to Phoenix with a reserved vehicle. When we got to Hertz we were told, \unfortunately you were one of the people who were called at 8am this morning to be informed there was no vehicle.\ Reservation still shows active. Website still shows plenty of vehicles available. We were 35,000 feet in the air when that call was made. No voice-mail was left and we are now stuck in Phoenix looking for a vehicle for our weekend trip! F#CK hertz with a saguaro!
I've had two rental cars from this location. One for 2 days and one for 5 days while my car was getting repaired. Ive never had to rent a car before. I read some of the awful reviews and that was not the case. I had a fantastic experience on both occasions. I was in and out in a timely manner. Paperwork takes time people! I felt totally taken care of. Scott and Bryana excel at their job.
