I got to the store just as they had closed. The door was locked. As I was walking away a man, I believe he is the owner, opened the door and welcomed me in. All I needed was to have links added to the bracelet of my watch. The instructions said it was a simple process. I knew it was more than I could deal with. It took this man, the jeweler, about 5 minutes and he was done. I could finally wear a watch that I had been given for Christmas. This man did not have to open the locked door to me. He was patient and gentle and you could tell he enjoyed his work and helping his customers. I'm so happy with the results of his work. Amazing job done quickly and very inexpensively. I recommend this store and the people there very highly.

Heinrichsen Jewelers is amazing. Everyone is friendly and they work very quickly. I walked in for a battery replacement and a two link removal and they immediately helped me even though they were currently working. I can't thank them enough. It was only 20 for the battery and the link removal which is a great price compared to other stores.

My favorite watch shop in the Valley! Welcoming, friendly, speedy, and quality service. I've only been in to have watch links removed...so far! In July I had links removed, felt I asked for too many, came back about an hour later and wasn't charged. About six weeks after that I realized they were right the first time and went in ready to pay but they blessed me with a no charge! Thank you!
