. I got hired by the son's owner whose name is Ben and he offer to pay me 18 an hour . Than today he tells me he's going to lower my pay to 13.50 an hour. If you want a 13.50 an hour employee than go find someone else because i work hard and i had these guys on his crew barely even known say i was a good worker. Ben doesn't even know to how to order the right amount of cement for the job we had to do today. His dad yelled at him so he wants to take his anger out on me. Go figure. Don't work for his son . I shouldn't say that this company is at fault because of Ben's ego being step on and the crew laughing at him for not paying attention to the blueprints and how much cement we needed for the job. That's money his dad is losing for his stupidity so he wants to make up for it by paying me 13.50. Lol what a Dumb son the owner has.
